Marche Web Marketing team working on TikTok campaigns for brands

TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop and creator content for brands that want to build demand outside Amazon — and shorten the path from the first video to the order.

Why TikTok works differently from every other channel

Two things work on TikTok as they work nowhere else — and there is one thing that, if it is missing, makes both of them useless.

What we run on TikTok

Strategy, creative production, media buying and optimisation. They only work together: on TikTok a well-built campaign with weak content does not take off, and strong content without a campaign structure stops travelling after a few days. We work across TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop and creator-made (UGC) content.

STEP

01

Market analysis and objectives

A review of your sector and competitors to find where the opportunity and the risk lie. Measurable KPIs agreed up front — sales, leads or awareness — and a check that your audience is actually on the platform.

Marche Web Marketing method, step 1: Amazon account analysis
Marche Web Marketing method, step 2: defining the strategy

STEP

02

Campaign set-up and management

TikTok Ads Manager and the TikTok Pixel set up for reliable tracking. A/B tests on hooks, visuals and calls to action.

STEP

03

Optimisation and reporting

CTR, CPA and ROAS watched continuously, reports you can actually read, and clear recommendations. Budget scaled step by step, and only behind what is working.

Marche Web Marketing method, step 3: measuring results

Case studies and results

Fashion — ROAS from 2.1x to 2.9x in 45 days

A sustainable fashion brand was stuck at a ROAS of 2.1x, just above break-even. Micro-creators in place of catalogue creative, paid amplification only for content that had already performed on its own, and a way back for people who had watched without buying: in forty-five days ROAS reached 2.9x and cost per acquisition fell by 22%.

That result came from that catalogue, with those margins: it is not a promise, and it does not transfer as it stands. On a product with different margins, a 2.9x ROAS might not be enough.

What TikTok costs

On TikTok there are three cost lines, and keeping them separate avoids surprises at the end of the month.

  • The management fee, monthly, for strategy, campaigns and running the shop.
  • The advertising budget, separate and on your own account, as with Amazon Ads.
  • Creators, paid separately: per piece of content, on commission from sales or in product, depending on the agreement. It is the most variable line, and the easiest one to overspend on.

When TikTok is NOT the right channel

Not every product works here, and recognising it early saves months of wasted work.

  • The product cannot be shown on video. On TikTok, what sells is what you understand by watching it for a few seconds: if it needs a long explanation or a technical demonstration, the channel works against you.
  • The margin cannot carry commissions and creators together. Add them up before you start, not after the first month.
  • Your audience is not there. For some sectors, B2B above all, attention is cheaper to buy elsewhere.
  • You cannot produce content consistently. The channel rewards consistency: a one-off campaign leaves nothing behind.
