The email addresses for reaching Amazon, and when they are actually worth using
This page collects the departmental email addresses we have gathered working on real cases. Before the list, two things are worth saying plainly — because they decide whether writing helps at all.
Selling on Amazon? There are two channels, and they should not be confused
The addresses here reach Amazon’s departments. But if you sell on Amazon, the official channel is not buyer support: it is Seller Central. Using the wrong channel, in practice, only makes things slower.
Where to go, by problem:
- Account suspended, deactivated or flagged for a policy violation. An email is not what you need here: a well-written Plan of Action is. The method is in how to get a suspended Amazon account back.
- Brand copied, content altered, unauthorised sellers. That goes through Brand Registry tools, not general support.
- Rules, requirements and training. The official sources are Seller University and the seller forums.
- Integrations and automation. Data exchange with Amazon goes through the Selling Partner API.
Suspension, related account, Brand Registry or general support: each situation has its own route, and taking the wrong one only lengthens the wait. Tell us what is happening to your account.
Account suspended or funds held? Start here
If you landed on this page because Seller Central will no longer let you do what you need — the account is suspended, the funds are held, the appeal was rejected or never answered at all — then you are looking for these addresses for the right reason. It is the moment when a seller tries every door, and that is rational: when tens of thousands of euro are sitting in an account that will not open, every channel is worth trying.
Before you write, though, two things you should know.
Not all of these addresses are guaranteed
These are the ones we have collected and use in the field: some were given to us directly by Amazon support agents during live cases, some work for a while and then stop, and some bounce without an answer. An official, complete list does not exist, and anyone presenting one as official is copying it from somewhere. We publish them anyway, because when an account is blocked you want every door — including the ones that may be shut.
The address is not the problem: what you put in it is
This is the expensive lesson. A rejected appeal is not recovered by changing recipient. Amazon assesses the reconstruction of the cause, the documentary evidence and the plan of action — not persistence, and not how many inboxes you reached. Sending the same already-rejected text to five addresses produces five rejections instead of one, and every discarded attempt makes the next one harder.
The same applies to funds, with an aggravating factor: money is held almost always as a consequence of an account problem, not as a case of its own. Until the underlying cause is resolved, writing to the payments team unlocks nothing.
If that is where you are, the route is to reconstruct the case and write a Plan of Action that holds up: that is exactly what we do in reinstating blocked Seller and Vendor accounts, funds included. We look at the case and say straight away whether it is recoverable — including when the answer is no.
⚠️ These are the Italian marketplace’s addresses. Here is how to find yours
Most of the addresses below belong to Amazon.it, because that is the marketplace we work on every day. Every European marketplace has its own equivalents, and we are not going to invent them for you — a wrong address wastes a week you may not have.
Two reliable ways to find the right one for your marketplace:
- Look at who wrote to you. The notification you received came from the department that made the decision. That sender is, in almost every case, the address to reply to — and it is the only one guaranteed to be current.
- Ask the agent. Several of the addresses on this page were given to us by Amazon support during a live case, simply by asking which team the file had been passed to.
If you sell on Amazon.it — which most companies exporting into Southern Europe do — the list below is directly usable.
Suspensions, verification and account health
This is the department that decides whether your account stays open. Writing here makes sense when you already have a case open or an appeal to submit, not for a general question.
- performance-venditore@amazon.it — Seller Performance, Italy. Suspensions, seller verification, deactivated listings, authenticity checks.
- performance-venditore-politiche-di-condotta@amazon.it — the same team, for Code of Conduct violations.
⚠️ Here more than anywhere, what you read above applies: sending the same rejected text twice produces two rejections. How an appeal is built so that it holds is in how to get a suspended Amazon account back.
Held funds and payments
When payments stop, the money stays in the account and never reaches the bank. It is the situation that brings most people to this page.
- revisione-pagamenti@amazon.it — the Italian payments team. It is also the sender the review notices come from: if you received one, it is in your inbox from this address.
⚠️ Funds are held almost always as the consequence of an account problem, not as a separate case. Until the cause upstream is resolved, writing here unlocks nothing.
This is the situation where every day counts, and where people end up writing to every address they can find. We look at your case and tell you whether it is recoverable and where to start — including when the answer is no. We handle reinstatement, releasing funds, mediation and arbitration.
Policy violations, trade marks and intellectual property
Infringement reports for counterfeiting, trade mark use, patents and copyright: both when you receive one and when you need to challenge one.
- notifica@amazon.it — the Italian Notice Department, which handles infringement reports.
- notice-dispute@amazon.it — to dispute a report you have received.
If the report concerns your own brand and you are the injured party, the right tools are inside Brand Registry, not general support.
Product compliance, FBA and Prime
- pa-backlog-it@amazon.it — Product Assurance Italy: declarations of conformity, product images, certificates. This is the address for documentary requests on product safety.
- op-pso-vtr-appeals@amazon.it — appeals against the removal of Seller Fulfilled Prime eligibility, when you ship Prime orders yourself.
- fba-it-noreply@amazon.it — FBA Italy, communications about hazardous goods and the status of stock in the warehouse. It is a sender, not an address to reply to.
Invoices, notifications and routine mail
These are not for solving a problem: they are for recognising who is writing to you. Knowing that an email genuinely comes from Amazon, and from which department, is the first filter against impersonation attempts — which target sellers and are often very well made.
- marketplace-messages@amazon.it — invoice for selling fees.
- fulfillment-messages@amazon.it — invoice for FBA fees.
- marketing-messages@amazon.it — invoice for marketing services.
- info-venditore@amazon.it — platform announcements and news.
- notifica-venditore@amazon.it — operational notifications about the account.
- seller-answers@amazon.it — customer questions posted under the product page.
- amazon-tutor@amazon.it — Selling Coach, Amazon’s automated suggestions.
When nobody answers at all
Escalation addresses exist, right up to the top of the company. They work, and precisely for that reason they should be used sparingly: they are meant for serious cases, and anyone who uses them for a routine question burns the channel.
- resolution-sellers@amazon.com — the seller resolution team, as a last resort.
- managingdirector@amazon.co.uk — the European management office.
Above those sit the executives’ addresses, including the founder’s historic one, which in this industry is almost a legend — and which did answer us, the last time we used it. We do not publish those in the open: they are in the document we send when you subscribe below, together with over two hundred addresses for the other European marketplaces and the United States.
⚠️ An honest warning: writing to the founder does not win a case that does not stand up. It moves your message to a different desk, where people who can decide will read it — but they read the same file. If the file is weak, the outcome does not change.
It happens, and it is the moment to change the approach rather than the recipient: almost always the problem is not who you are writing to but what the file says. Tell us the case in two lines.
When email is not the route: what European law gives you
There is a point most English-language lists never mention. If you sell on a European marketplace, Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 — the Platform-to-Business Regulation — obliges Amazon to provide a free internal complaint-handling system that deals with complaints «swiftly and effectively» (Art. 11), and to name at least two mediators in its terms and conditions that you can turn to when the internal complaint does not resolve matters (Art. 12). Before terminating its services entirely it must also give you the reasons on a durable medium, with at least 30 days’ notice (Art. 4).
That matters here for a practical reason: when the emails stop working, those are not the end of the road. They are a different road — and one that is documented rather than improvised. The text of the Regulation is on EUR-Lex.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an official list of Amazon email addresses?
No. Amazon publishes support routes through Seller Central, not a directory of departmental mailboxes. Any page presenting a «complete official list» has copied it from somewhere else.
Why did my email bounce?
Some of these addresses are rotated or retired. If one bounces, use the sender of the notification you received: that address belongs to the team handling your file and is the only one guaranteed to be current.
I sell on Amazon.de / .fr / .es. Do these work for me?
The Italian addresses will not reach the team handling your case. The structure is the same on every marketplace, but the addresses are local — find yours from the notification that was sent to you, or ask the agent which team has the file.
My funds have been held for 90 days. Who do I write to?
The payments team, but only after the account problem is resolved. A hold is a consequence, not a case: writing about the money while the cause is still open does not move it.
If the problem is not who to write to, but what to write
That is the more common situation, and it is the one we work on. We are an Amazon SPN partner based inside the European Union, with an in-house legal consultant on suspension cases. Send us the notice you received and the case history: the first assessment is free, and if the case is weak we tell you before you spend anything.
Suspensions, performance, compliance: talk it through with someone who does it daily. The 30-minute call is free.
