This statement explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it,
who it is shared with and what you can do about it. It is written for this website specifically:
if something is not described here, we are not doing it.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Marche Web Marketing di Carboni Luca & C. s.a.s.,
Via Ponte Metauro Villanova 3/D, 61036 Colli al Metauro (PU), Italy — VAT IT02641980418.
For anything concerning your personal data, write to
info@marchewebmarketing.it.
What we collect, and why
When you use a contact form
We collect your name, email address, telephone number (if you give one), the subject you
select and whatever you write in the message. If you arrived from an AI assistant, the form
also records that fact and, optionally, the question you asked it.
Why: to read your enquiry and answer it, and to take the steps you asked for before
any agreement is signed.
Legal basis: your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form
(Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract
(Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
What happens to it: the submission is emailed to our own mailboxes and is also
stored in the database of this website, so that a request does not get lost in an inbox.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
We collect your email address only.
Why: to send you updates and guides about Amazon and the European marketplaces.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time
using the unsubscribe link in every email, without giving a reason.
What happens to it: your address is stored in a mailing list kept only for this English-language newsletter at Brevo, the email service we use to send it.
When you book a call
The booking calendar on this site is provided by Calendly. When you book, the name,
email address and time you enter go to Calendly, which processes them on our behalf.
The calendar loads with the page, because booking a call is one of the main reasons to visit it. Calendly may
set the technical cookies it needs to run the booking form; it does not use them to advertise to you on our behalf.
Loading the calendar connects your browser to Calendly’s servers, as any embedded service does; your name and email reach Calendly only when you book.
Cookies
What cookies this site sets, and what each one does, is set out in the
Cookie Policy. In short: the cookies that
make the site work are set without asking, because the site cannot run without them; anything else
waits for your consent, and rejecting it does not limit what you can read here.
Measuring how the site is used
If you allow statistics cookies in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are read and which contact buttons are used. It tells us, for example, how many people opened a page and where they came from; it does not tell us who you are, and we do not combine it with what you write in a form.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until you give it, no analytics cookie is set: Google receives at most basic signals without cookies, which it cannot link to you. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
We run no advertising cookies on this site.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes. It is handled
by the suppliers we use to run the site and our work, each of them bound by a data processing
agreement:
- VHosting Solution s.r.l. — hosting of this website. Servers in Italy.
- Calendly LLC — the booking calendar, only when you book a call. Calendly is
based in the United States: that transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual
clauses. - Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — the reCAPTCHA that protects our forms from
automated abuse. It runs on every page that carries a form and checks the request against Google’s
systems. We use it because without it the forms are filled by bots within days. Google also provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which run only with your consent; any transfer to the United States relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses. - Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — the newsletter service, and only if you subscribe. Brevo is based in France and stores data in the European Union.
- Our email providers — the mailboxes that receive form submissions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as is needed to answer them and, where a working relationship
follows, for the duration of that relationship and for the periods that tax and civil law require of
us afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you access to your data, to
correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do
with it, to hand it over in a portable format, and you can object to
processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent you can
withdraw it at any time, and that does not affect what was lawful before you did.
Write to info@marchewebmarketing.it and we will
answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Italian supervisory authority,
the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the supervisory authority of the country
you live in.
Changes to this statement
If what we do with personal data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top tells
you when it last did.
