Amazon advertising: certified agency, campaign management and reporting built on data

  2. Amazon Ads management: certified agency for Sponsored and DSP

Updated on 11 September 2026

Looking for Amazon DSP as in Delivery Service Partner, the courier programme? That is a different thing entirely — we do not do logistics or recruitment. On this page DSP means Demand-Side Platform, the platform Amazon sells programmatic advertising through.

Continuous, automated analysis of ACoS, TACoS, ROI, keywords, bids and CTR. Every decision rests on numbers you can trace, not on instinct or a monthly manual review cycle.

Measured, not promised: we run our own benchmark on 45 live accounts, and the thresholds we work to come from that rather than from a vendor’s marketing deck.

A certified Amazon Ads agency: specialised, experienced, accountable

We are an Amazon SPN certified agency, Verified Partner and Amazon Gold Partner 2026. We have run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP for sellers and vendors since 2011.

The team holds Amazon SPN, Amazon Ads Advanced and Amazon DSP Advanced certifications. Every account has a specialist assigned by campaign type, not a generalist juggling six things.

If yours is a Vendor account, advertising is set up differently, for a specific reason: you do not control the final price, so you cannot discount your way out of a campaign mistake. Reading the return changes too, because on Vendor the margin depends on terms and deductions as much as on sales. We run campaigns on Vendor accounts; the rest of that work sits on Vendor Central management.

Do you recognise these symptoms in your current campaigns?

Every hour without optimisation is advertising budget burnt. These six symptoms are the ones we see most often in the accounts that come to us for an audit: if even three of them look familiar, the current setup is not returning what it could.

Budget burnt on unprofitable keywords

Spend going to search terms that do not convert. No daily negative mining, no keyword housekeeping. The budget evaporates every month.

Low ROAS, compressed margin

Return on ad spend sitting below the level that sustains the account. The sales are there, but the net margin is eaten between ad cost, Amazon fees and logistics.

Campaigns not segmented by ASIN or intent

Every ASIN in one catch-all campaign. No separation between brand defence, competitor targeting and conquest. You cannot optimise what is not structured.

Strategic keywords left uncovered

A competitor sitting in first position on your own brand queries. High-volume keywords not covered at all. Share of voice slipping week after week.

Monthly reports nobody can read

A twelve-tab spreadsheet with no headline metric. No comparison against the previous period. No insight. Raw data with nothing read into it.

Struggling to scale the budget

More spend stops producing more sales, so the account plateaus and nobody can say which campaign is carrying it.

Every Amazon Ads format we run

From direct conversion with Sponsored Products through to a programmatic funnel on Amazon DSP. Eight levers coordinated so they cover the whole journey rather than competing for the same click.

Six steps from first audit to a growth plan that scales

A standard route that is repeatable and measurable. You always know where we are, which lever is being pulled and what we expect from the coming quarter.

STEP

01

Initial audit

Account diagnosis, ASIN performance, campaign structure, listing quality, competitive gaps. A report with the problems ranked by impact.

STEP

02

Strategy

Keyword plan, targeting by ASIN, budget allocation, quarterly KPI targets. A shared document, signed off with you before anything is built.

STEP

03

Campaign setup

Campaigns built to the agreed structure: segmentation by intent and margin, budget caps at portfolio and campaign level, tracking in place from day one.

STEP

04

Continuous optimisation

Daily bid and negative work, creative testing, and budget moved towards what earns rather than towards what is easiest to report.

STEP

05

Weekly reports

Dashboard every Monday with the comparison against the previous period and three to five actions for the week ahead.

STEP

06

Growth plan

Quarterly review: what worked, what to scale, which markets or formats to open next, and what that costs.

Marche Web Marketing method, step 1: Amazon account analysis
Marche Web Marketing method, step 2: defining the strategy
Marche Web Marketing method, step 3: measuring results

Eight metrics that measure the real return on Amazon Ads

We do not measure everything: we measure what changes a decision. Every KPI has an alert threshold and an action attached to it. No vanity metrics, only numbers that move the business.

ROAS

Return on ad spend. How much you sell for every euro put into Amazon advertising.

ACoS

Advertising cost of sales. Spend as a percentage of advertising-attributed revenue.

TACoS

Total ACoS: advertising spend against total revenue, organic included.

CTR

Click-through rate. Measures how relevant the creative, copy and targeting are to the audience.

CPC

Cost per click. The average cost of a click, and a signal of how competitive the keyword is.

Conversion Rate

The share of clicks that become orders. The headline measure of listing quality.

Attributed sales

Revenue generated directly by Amazon Ads, broken down by campaign and ASIN.

Share of voice

How much of the visibility on your strategic keywords you hold, week on week.

When Amazon DSP belongs in the plan

Amazon DSP earns its place when you need to go beyond search: reaching people who viewed the product and did not buy, finding lookalike segments on Amazon and third-party properties, and building awareness you can actually measure with programmatic video and display. Above a certain level of spend it is the natural next step from a mature Sponsored strategy.

Weekly reports, readable KPIs, decisions made on data

No forty-page PDF nobody opens. One concise dashboard with the numbers that matter to your business, the actions we recommend, and the comparison against the previous period. Ready to be forwarded to the board.

The questions we are asked most

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, each with its own strategy. We also run Sponsored Brands Video and Amazon DSP for the upper funnel and programmatic.

Through bidding rules, segmentation and creative testing. Allocation is reviewed weekly against ROAS by campaign, margin by ASIN and the seasonality of the marketplace.

Yes. We test images, headlines and offers to lift CTR and conversion. Every Sponsored Brands campaign runs with at least two creative variants, judged once the sample is large enough to mean something.

Yes. DSP extends reach and programmatic retargeting. Once the account carries enough spend and traffic, DSP completes the funnel with off-Amazon coverage and lookalike audiences.

A weekly report with KPIs, ROAS and recommended actions. Each one carries the summary dashboard, the comparison against the previous period, top and bottom performers by ASIN, and three to five actions for the next seven days.

💶 What does this cost? Two separate numbers, set out below — and neither of them is a percentage of your ad budget.

What campaign management costs

In advertising there are two distinct numbers, and confusing them is the most common reason people cannot say what they are really spending.

  • The advertising budget is what you pay Amazon for the clicks. It stays in your account, you decide it, and we take no percentage on top: if you raise it, we do not earn more.
  • DSP is the exception: there the budget passes through us, because the platform works differently. We tell you that now, not after the contract is signed.
  • The management fee is what you pay us, monthly and fixed. It covers campaign structure, continuous optimisation, negatives and reporting.
  • Below a certain spend, professional management does not pay for itself. Under €150 a month in advertising there is no point starting — you would simply be burning it. Above that it depends on how competitive your category is, and we do that calculation together on your numbers. It is the first thing we work out in the audit: if the fee eats the gain it produces, we say so and we do not start.

When advertising is the wrong move

Advertising is never the first intervention. In these cases we advise against it openly.

  • The product pages are not ready. Advertising sends traffic to a page that does not convert: you pay for the clicks and do not sell. Fix the listing first, then push.
  • The product is out of stock, or often goes out. Pushing a listing that runs dry wastes budget and loses organic position at the same time.
  • The budget is under €150 a month. With a handful of clicks a day the data is not statistically useful: you optimise on noise and pay to learn nothing.
  • You want a guaranteed ROAS. Nobody can guarantee it, and anyone promising it is selling. We can commit to the method and to being straight about the numbers, not to the outcome.

Frequently asked questions

It runs Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP with one objective: return, measured against the margin you actually keep rather than against attributed revenue alone.

A fixed monthly management fee. We take no percentage of the advertising budget: if you raise it, we do not earn more. The amount depends on the number of ASINs and how competitive the category is, and we quote it after the audit.
